How to Save Time Managing Your Influencer Marketing Campaigns

Influencer marketing campaigns can prove challenging to manage as they involve many different moving parts that need to align at precise times. Considering the current global situation, many brands are finding themselves having to react without the luxury of time we had before. 

As campaign management is an ongoing process that requires a high degree of care and attention, finding ways to save time whilst effectively meeting your targets is a challenge that must be overcome. The Campaign Manager

For the purpose of this blog, we’re going to assume that you’ve already taken the first steps to create your influencer marketing campaign with our Campaign Manager tool. This post includes some great tips on how to best brief your content creators so it is well worth taking the time to peruse. 

To summarize, the Campaign Manager allows you to plan and execute every facet of your influencer marketing campaign, from mood-boarding, over post-campaign debriefing to influencer payment. It is integrated with the other features of the Collabary platform, meaning you can import your desired content creator Collections, send individual or bulk offers to influencers, and communicate with your collaborators over the course of the campaign using the Messenger. 

For this particular post, we want to focus on features such as these that will help you to manage your campaigns at various stages in the campaign process. The Collabary platform is especially effective as it gives brands important key performance indicators (KPIs) of their campaigns in real-time, allowing you to create a data-driven, adaptable approach to reaching your audience.

 

Importing Collections

Once you have created your campaign, you will be able to either add individual influencers to your shortlist through the Discovery tool or add a Collection to your shortlist.

We’ve imported the Collection we created for our recent post on the Collections feature for this example. Once the Collection has been imported, you have the option of sending your influencers individual offers or bulk offers. Your offers will likely depend on everything from the engagement rate to the audience size of the influencer, but for the purpose of this article, we’ll show you how bulk offers can be used to speed up the process – especially when the time-factor is very important.

 

Bulk Offers

Once your creators are added to your shortlist, you will be able to visualize important information about your influencers which could help you to work out the size and tasks of individual offers. You will also be able to see the average price per post for an influencer and their average response time to messages.

To send a bulk offer, tick the All box at the top of your creators’ shortlist. Below this, you will be able to enter the details of your offer, including the price per post, the kind of task you want to be completed, any legal requirements, the deadline, and much more.

At the bottom of your offer, you can leave a message to your creators to express anything from why you chose them to your dreams about the future potential of campaigns and how further collaborations could be possible if the campaign is a success. As we have explored recently in our article about how to be the first mover after a crisis, the current global climate has meant that moving fast is more important than ever when it comes to executing influencer marketing campaigns. Creating bulk offers is one of the easiest ways to cut valuable time off your campaign management, along with sending bulk messages to your collaborators.

 

Bulk Messages

There’s a chance that after you’ve sent your offer, a minor problem has arisen that has meant that you have to postpone the campaign. Alternatively, there’s a chance that with your campaign well and truly underway, a number of KPIs indicate that some elements of your campaign message are really working, while others are falling flat.

Whatever the case, you will need to inform your influencers with news of the delay or about your new approach as quickly as possible so that they can work the changes into their schedules. As with the offers function, you can either send individual messages to your collaborators or you can send a bulk message.

To do this, enter the Messenger within your campaign. Here, you will see the individual messages sent to your content creator shortlist. To send a bulk message, click on the three-dot symbol and select Send a bulk message.

From here, you can design your message. You can either individually select the influencers you have made an offer to, select all that have agreed to your offer, and/or send to those whose response to your offer is still pending. You can attach files in your message to help further elaborate on your message if need be, then click Send.

Within moments, you are able to communicate a single message with a wide array of collaborators. This is another important feature that can shave needless time copying and pasting the same message to influencers.
